Homestead Homes is a prominent South Australian builder, constructing over 300 new residential houses each year.
Tapestry helped automate the company’s internal systems through the implementation of an integrated business application framework for key business processes.
Building upon Homestead’s existing processes, Tapestry provided a new quotation, client management, workflow, building, trade management and commission sales systems to vastly enhance the company’s business operations. For example, the introduction of the quotation system reduced a two-week quoting timeframe into an automated instantaneous turnaround, providing greater service for clients and enhanced the quoting efficiency and accuracy for sales staff.

Australian Grain Technologies (AGT) is Australia’s largest wheat breeding and seed commercialisation company. Using their advanced plant breeding technologies, AGT produces new varieties that deliver improvements in productivity, quality and market competitiveness to both Australian grain growers and the broader Australian grains industry.
Working with Tapestry, AGT has upgraded its end point royalty collection system to increase tracking capabilities and efficiency. With the need for large amounts of data to be collected, Tapestry were able to provide a system that reduces processing time from weeks to hours.
Tapestry worked closely with AGT to map their specific business processes and improve efficiency at all levels. The rich client application includes a complex reporting system that enables AGT to review their complex data and produce customised reports.

With 150 offices and over 800 staff across Australia, Genesys Wealth Advisers is a national financial planning organisation servicing more than 50,000 individual and corporate clients.
Due to the immense amount of information received and generated by the organisation, a solution was required to provide Genesys with a means of systematising its data. In consultation with Genesys, Tapestry enhanced the company’s existing platform to facilitate a central repository for contact, document and project management, as well as email, imaging and Microsoft Office integration.
Given the success of the initial software solution provided to Genesys, Tapestry was subsequently employed to create software for other areas of the business, including customer relationship management (CRM), workflow, financial data modelling tools, websites and data warehouse solutions, as well as messaging and infrastructure support.
